The Battle for Pride

Germany (3:2) Uruguay

Uruguay and Germany faced off for the 3rd place spot.  The game really means nothing, except for country pride.  Both teams played a great, open attack game.  We were treated to one hell of a show.  Germany came out on top in the end, after a very close battle for 90 minutes.  We can only hope that tomorrow’s finale will be as interesting.
